Porsche Carrera GT – made for the supercar collector

by staff writer JP

BCA (British Car Auctions) Blackbushe is holding a very special car sale for a Porsche Carrera GT 5.7 V10. This left-hand drive Carrera GT 5.7 V10 dating from 2005 has Basalt Black paintwork and has covered less than 7,000 miles and would make a fantastic purchase for the discerning supercar collector.

The Carrera GT was manufactured between 2004 and 2007 with a total production of just 1,270 cars and when new cost was around £330,000. A magnificent engineering feat including a carbon fibre monocoque body, carbon-fibre seats and forged magnesium wheels make for a stunning car. With a 0-100mph in 6.8 seconds with a rear spoiler which is deployed at 70mph, its SGL carbon brakes take it from 70-0mph in under 45 metres.
